Are the aquarium gardens in zamalek, still used as a meeting place for young couples?

You know!! i only went there once in my life, when Nadine was 3 and i kept thinking, this place doesn't hold its reputation for being a meeting place for young couples, i mean it was miserable and un-kept, but then again i was there to see the fish...lolzzz-Are the aquarium gardens in zamalek, still used as a meeting place for young couples?
I do not know for sure , but I guess so.
