No, if you are both A+ you will not have any problems relating to the RH factor. If the mother is negative (such as A- like myself) and your husband was positive (my husband in A+) i will need to get a shot (at 28weeks and after delivery) to prevent my body from making antibodies against the baby which could be a different blood type them myself.
