Why do single couples like to stay engaged for over 2 years , why dont they get married ?

What's the rush? I think it's very sensible.





The majority of couples spend their entire engagement completely consumed with planning and discussing the wedding. They don't even give themselves any time just to enjoy being engaged!





They can be blinded to any problems that may be hiding underneath all the wedding talk. Seen it happen a lot!Why do single couples like to stay engaged for over 2 years , why dont they get married ?

Money, wedding planning, honeymoon planning.
To really get to know each other. even then life changes and you don't know them the way you think you do.
they need time to get to know each other better,thus making sure there would be no regrets in the future.
